There has never been a more relevant time or more exciting time to work in the food industry. With a changing global supply chain, consumer demands and new developments in science and technology the food industry is experiencing extensive, exponential changes.

Food Fraud costs the industry in Canada between $10 billion and $15 billion dollars per year, affecting 10% of all commercial-sold products.
​
In collaboration with Tentamus Group, Labofine presents Food Fraud Workshop 2020 - A major collaborative conversation on Food Fraud.
​
This unique event will bring together leading international specialists in food fraud mitigation as well as analysis from several countries, companies and food authorities.
​
The event will take place on the 31st March 2020 in the new facility of Labofine at Pointe-Claire, Montréal.
